Installation Instructions:

Start with a fresh minecraft 1.3.2 installation*
Download and install Minecraft Forge 4.1.1 (Use the “Universal” one)
Download BOTH of the zip files above
Place the zip files in your mods directory in your .minecraft folder (if it is not present, run minecraft with forge installed once and it will be created)
Run minecraft

You can use a pre-modded version if you know what you are doing, don’t blame me for incompatibilities, that is not my focus for this test.
